SPECIAL NOTICE ON HAITIAN EARTHQUAKE RELIEF WORK
Our congregation is responding to the 7.0 magnitude earthquake which struck Haiti on January 12. We are coordinating our efforts with the United Church of Christ and Church World Service. At this time, funds are urgently needed for relief and recovery efforts in Haiti. Financial contributions are being accepted at the church, or may be sent directly to Wider Church Ministries, United Church of Christ, 700 Prospect Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44115, with the notation “OGHS -- Haiti Earthquake Relief” in the check memo. To increase response speed, secure credit card contributions can be made at the UCC Disaster Response or Church World Service websites.
